This 10-day experiential tour through Toronto, Waterloo, and Montreal introduces students and young professionals to Canada's thriving innovation ecosystem. Participants will connect with startup founders, creative leaders, and fellow changemakers while building real-world entrepreneurial skills. From design thinking and pitch sprints to financial literacy and artistic exploration, this program fosters bold ideas and global collaboration.

Day 1: Welcome to Toronto – Land of Innovation
- Arrival at Pearson International Airport
- Meet & greet + group airport transfer
- Hotel check-in in downtown Toronto
- Evening: Welcome Mixer with youth entrepreneurs
- Theme: “Why Canada Innovates Differently”

Day 2: Tech & Startup Safari
- Visit MaRS Discovery District – Canada’s largest innovation hub
- Startup walking tour: Meet founders in AI, health tech, and social enterprise
- Workshop: “Design Thinking for Problem Solving”
- Group challenge: Begin brainstorming a startup idea for Day 9

Day 3: The Creative Spark – Arts, Media & Culture
- Tour of OCAD University (Ontario College of Art & Design)
- Creativity lab: “From Art to Innovation”
- Visit to TIFF Lightbox – storytelling meets technology
- Optional: Attend a live improv, spoken word, or stand-up show

Day 4: Finance Meets Innovation – Young Money Thinking
- Visit Toronto Stock Exchange & Fintech startups
- Guest speaker: African Canadian entrepreneur
- Interactive game: “Pitch & Budget” financial literacy simulation
- Team reflections: “What value am I bringing to the world?”

Day 5: Travel to Waterloo – Canada’s Silicon Valley
- Morning bus ride to Waterloo (~2 hours)
- Visit to University of Waterloo’s Velocity Incubator
- Panel with student founders: “From Dorm Room to Funding”
- Tour of Google Canada or Shopify Dev Labs (based on availability)

- Workshop: “Launch in a Day” – build your startup pitch
- Create MVPs: posters, wireframes, demo decks
- Peer feedback & founder mentoring
- Evening: Bonfire-style reflection – “Fear, Failure & First Tries”

- Morning train to Montreal
- Explore Old Montreal (Vieux-Port) + Notre-Dame Basilica
- Group cooking class: Québécois cuisine with creative teams
- Optional: Attend Montreal jazz or art festival
