Samuel Addo - Founder & CEO
Samuel Addo, an entrepreneur and educator, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science from Pentecost University in Ghana. He also earned a Master of Mathematics with specialization in Applied Statistics from Western Illinois University in the USA. With a strong foundation in education and entrepreneurship, Samuel leads ENLACE with a vision to drive innovation and economic growth.
Menaama Amoawah Nkrumah, an aspiring actuary and an educator holds a bachelor’s degree in actuarial science from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. She holds a Masters degree in Applied Statistics from the Illinois State University in the USA. With strong background in statistical analysis, predictive modeling and data visualization, she has worked on a range of projects that demonstrate both technical skills and analytical depth. Her expertise spans tools such as R, Python, SQL, and Excel, and brings thoughtful, results-driven approach to every project. Currently pursuing her actuarial credentials, I am interested in applying my skills within the insurance, healthcare and finance industries.
I serve as the Director of Finance at Enlace Educational Services, an education service provider in Ghana which aims to bridge the gap between students, educators, and academic excellence through innovative and personalized solutions, where bringing my expertise to support strategic financial planning and data – driven decision making. I also serves as Treasurer for StarShake,Ghana, a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering entrepreneurs and innovators to drive sustainable change. I continue to grow both professionally, academically, dedicated to using data as a tool for innovation and positive change
